Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassadors program is now in its 2nd year. Our volunteer Ambassadors are all members of the larger VMG DEI Committee.
Our Ambassadors program is intended to put a familiar and local face at each center on the work of the DEI Committee. Ambassadors will promote DEI education opportunities and other DEI initiatives, be available to hear staff concerns as they relate to DEI, or incidents of bias/discrimination and refer issues to DEI Coordinator or Human Resources as necessary.
